The long-awaited Corner Gas: The Movie takes you back to the Saskatchewan prairie, 40 kilometres from nowhere, from December 3 to December 7. Locally, the movie will play at the Devonshire Mall Cineplex and Lakeshore Cinemas. Check the theatre websites for showtimes Ice, ice, baby Charles Clark Square in downtown Windsor is now open, weather permitting, for free ice skating. Last winter, city officials experimented with an artificial surface; between installation delays and an ultimate dissatisfaction with the finished product, skating time was very limited. But the real ice is back this year, and the rink opened Winter Fest on the last weekend in November. The rink is supervised from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends.
