New Year, New Scares
Split
Split is one of the best thrillers out there thus
far. The sheer factor of fear mixed with twists at
every corner will have you on the edge of your
seat. And it’s by far some of the best acting James
McAvoy has ever done. He plays 24 different
personalities! Absolutely phenomenal. And if you
ask me, he got cheated out of a nomination.
Overall, you must see this movie if you are a true
thriller fan.

Rings
Rings is an amazing addition to the original
movies. It’s exactly like the other movies in
that it follows the same classic, creepy
plot...watch the tape and you will die. However,
it’s changes are through the message of the
movie itself. Although it might not seem like
it, this movie actually has a lesson to be
taught about the new generation and the flaws
it faces. Audiences will appreciate it’s
commentary for that's what makes the entire
movie tie together.

Boo! A Madea Halloween
Madea’s Boo! kills me everytime I watch it! It has
the perfect mixture of spooky and funny that’ll
have viewers crying of laughter and tense for fear.
Sometimes it can be difficult to master a movie
quite like this one because its elements are so
contrasting but Tyler Perry hit the nail right on
the head. He always knows how to make a solid movie
and is very under appreciated. In fact, no Tyler
Perry movie has ever let me down… especially not
this one. So if you’re looking for an laid-back
night, put this movie on a enjoy its crazy ride.
