Behind the curtain: Fall Festival
Fall Festival is a competition between all the school choirs in the
region to see who qualifies for the state competition. Each choir
sings three songs then does sight reading.
The Walden Grove Mixed choir and Acapella group traveled up to
Catalina Foothills High School on October 27. They stopped at the
Tucson mall to eat lunch and hang out before the festival.
They listened to many different schools, some examples are the Tucson
High Magnet school and Catalina Foothills High school. Mixed choir
received a rating of Good and acapella received a rating of Good with
Distinction. Good is the third best rating on the scale.
