Title 1 Parent Night
Title 1 students and their families
at Meadowview Elementary enjoyed a
fun-filled evening together on Thursday, September 20. The evening of
“Striving High, Going for Gold,” began
with a meal and fellowship in the cafeteria. After the meal, students were
sent out by grade level to different
rooms to explore reading and math.
Each room was designated with a coun-
try name i.e., United States, Canada,
Germany, South Korea, and the Olympic host country of Great Britain. Students were able to show their parents
things that they do while in “Reading
Club” and/or “Math Club”. To end the
evening, an awards ceremony took
place in the cafeteria. Each student
received a gold medal and a book.
