Coloring Contest Winner Six year old Jason Mast of 700 W-57, Topeka was our winner for the October Coloring Contest. He won an ice cream treat of his choice at Tiffany’s in Topeka. There were a lot of GREAT entries this month and it made it hard to pick a winner! Good work kids! Everyone else that sent in a page can stop by Tiffany’s, claim their page, and get a free small ice cream cone through the end of November.
