Toy Club Bus Trip
The Michiana Farm Toy Collector’s
Club is sponsoring a bus trip to the
National Farm Toy Show in Dyersville,
Iowa on Saturday, November 3, 2012.
The cost of the bus trip is $65 per

On Saturday, September 29, the
seventh grade boys soccer team hosted
a Westview invitational tournament.
Five other teams were invited: Prairie Heights, Lakeland, Central Noble,
Angola, and Hamilton.
Each of the six teams played all
five other schools in shortened thirty
minute games in a round-robin format.
A loss was worth one point, a tie was
three points and a win was worth five
points. In addition, each of the first
three goals scored by a team in each
game was worth an additional point.
Westview tied with Lakeland in
their first match of the morning and
won their four other games. Lakeland
also had one tie and four wins.
However, because Lakeland ended
up scoring more goals in their wins
than Westview did, Westview finished
second in the tournament.
