Photos submitted LaGrange County Habitat for Humanity completed its fourth “A Brush with Kindness” project last month as it installed a new metal roof for the family of Sandy Bell. “A Brush with Kindness” is a program that helps low-income homeowners (those earning sixty percent or less of the LaGrange County median income) by offering home repairs or upgrades. As in other LCHFH programs, homeowners are expected to provide sweat equity alongside the volunteers and to repay the costs of the repairs. For further information, please call 260-463-8519.
