The Blue Gate Theatre will welcome Ricky Skaggs and Sawyer Brown
to their stage for Mayfest weekend.
Skaggs has earned fourteen Grammy
awards and his show will feature songs
from his newest release, “Country Hits
Bluegrass Style,” along with a compilation of his country hits and fan favorites. Skaggs will be performing this
Friday evening beginning at 6:00.
Sawyer Brown has been performing for 23 years and features “soulful”
country music which draws on their
deep southern roots, including an
upbringing in the Pentecostal tradition. They will be onstage Mayfest
Saturday night at 6:00. Tickets may be
purchased at the door on the evening
of both performances.
