to remind ourselves what is okay ... what is healthy and
good. In raising awareness of damaging and unhealthy
conditions, it’s important to quietly acknowledge that
even the safest of communities is not immune from
unhealthy behavior. As a parent, I know the things my
kids face in their generation is different than what I
faced growing up in the same community. Hard as it
seems, some changes just are not the best.
So, together, we are looking forward to discussing
what makes healthy hearts and healthy homes in our
community, which, in turn, deters potentially harmful,
unhealthy relationships. What a privilege to be part of
this journey together!

Elijah Haven Crisis Intervention Center! Our new office
is located at 201 S. Detroit St, LaGrange and is open
from 9:30 - 4:00. After hours crisis calls can be made
at 260-463-3400. If you are interested in volunteering,
there are a variety of ways you can be involved; just
