Logan College Zac Mishler has decided to continue his education and baseball career at John A. Logan College located in Carterville, Illinois. John A. Logan is a two year school in southern Illinois and has offered Zac a very nice athletic scholarship to attend there in the Fall of 2011. Mishler is a four year starter at Westview High School and is a shortstop/pitcher for the Westview program. He is being recruited as an infielder at Logan. Zac becomes the seventh Westview player over the past four years to attend college and play baseball and receive some combination of athletic and academic aid to do so. Shipshewana Elementary March 24 was Grandparents Day at ShipshewanaScott Elementary. Grandparents/special guests were treated to different activities in the classroom and then a cookie and drink sponsored by the PTO. Thank you to all the PTO volunteers that baked cookies and helped our guests get to the right classrooms. It was a great day! The students and their special guests enjoyed a fun day together.
