Athletic Physicals for the 2011-12 school year will be
given at Westview High School on Tuesday, May 3, 2011
for Westview High School students starting at 8:30 am.

Kindergarten Enrollment
Information For 2011 - 2012
If your child will be five years old by August 1, 2011,
and is not pre-enrolled, the pre-enrollment steps for
kindergarten are as follows: contact school of residence
to obtain a pre-enrollment form, return enrollment
form to the school as soon as possible, and parents will
receive SEEK Screening schedule first week in May.
SEEK Screening will be at the student’s school of
residence. May 20-24, for Shipshewana Scott Elementary students. May 25 - 27 for Topeka Elementary
students. May 27 - June 1 for Meadowview Elementary
students.
Habitat For Humanity
Construction Schedule Released
LaGrange County Habitat for Humanity is pleased
to announce the construction schedule for its 21st
home, being built for the Stephanie Moore family in
Topeka.
On May 14, the house will be framed. Siding,
shingling, and windows follow on May 21 with interior
walls, finish siding, and completion of the shed on
May 28.
Interior trim and doors will be the project for July
2 with interior finishing touches on July 9, and final
touch-ups and cleaning on July 16.
Lawn and landscaping are scheduled for July 23.
The home is located at 205 Pleasant Dr. in Topeka,
just a ½ block north of Tiffany’s. Workdays will begin
at 8 am and end at 4 pm. Lunch will be served at
approximately 12:00 noon.

Students need to pick up forms from the athletic
office and have the parent part filled out and return
them with a check by Friday, April 29, 2011. Physicals
will be scheduled by the athletic office. The cost will
be $20 and checks should be made out to Westview
High School.
If you are going to your personal physician you
must use the athletic form from Westview. This form
is new for the 2011-2012 school year from the IHSAA.
Please enter the grade your child will be in for
2011-12 school year on the physical form.
