Green Bean Casserole 2 cans of green beans 2 Tbl butter 2 Tbl flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 cup sour cream 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup French’s Fried Onions Melt butter in large skillet or pot, add flour and stir into melted butter. Let cook for 1 minute, remove pot from burner and add sour cream, sugar & salt. Add green beans to mixture and stir until beans are completely coated. Put beans in casserole dish, top with shredded cheese, add French’s onions. Cover and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Remove lid and bake for additional 15 minutes.
