Green Bean Casserole
2 cans of green beans
2 Tbl butter
2 Tbl flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup French’s Fried Onions
Melt butter in large skillet or pot,
add flour and stir into melted
butter. Let cook for 1 minute,
remove pot from burner and add
sour cream, sugar & salt.
Add green beans to mixture and
stir until beans are completely
coated. Put beans in casserole
dish, top with shredded cheese,
add French’s onions.
Cover and bake at 350° for 15
minutes. Remove lid and bake for
additional 15 minutes.

Violence
Elijah Haven Crisis Intervention
Center will be presenting The Outrage,
a drama about teen dating violence,
at all the high schools in LaGrange
County in the February and March. A
special free public performance will
be held at the Blue Gate Theater in
Shipshewana at 7:00 pm on Thursday,
March 14. The Outrage cast is made up
of students from LaGrange County’s
three public schools and it is funded by
grants from LaGrange County REMC
Operation Round-up and the LaGrange
County Community Foundation. For
