Shipshewana Welcomes New Police Officer
On February 3rd, 2012 the Shipshewana Police Department hired
Derek L. Baldridge to fill a recently vacated full time deputy position. Deputy
Baldridge, a former reserve deputy for
the Shipshewana Police Department
and the LaGrange County Sheriff’s
Department, was currently working as
full time Police Officer in North Manchester, Indiana. Baldridge graduated
from the Indiana Law Enforcement
Academy in 2011 and has attended
numerous law enforcement specialty
