Relay for Life is a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight against the disease. It provides funding to support programs and research of the American Cancer Society. June 23-24, 2012 • 9am – 9am at Lakeland High School Football Field Saturday, June 23 2012 5:00 – 7pm Porkburger Sandwiches by Beverley’s Bunch 6:00pm – 7:30 PM Live Band Performance by Stage Hog 8:00 – 9pm Live Band Performance by Spectre 10:00pm Luminaria Ceremony 8:00am Registration 9:00am Opening Ceremony, Survivor Lap, Survivor and Caregiver Breakfast 10:00am – 4pm Bloodmobile 11:00am – 1pm Health Fair 12:30pm – Little Laker Cheer Team Sunday, June 24 2012 1:00pm Fight Back Ceremony & Balloon Release 5:30 – 8am Pancake and Sausage Breakfast by Woodruff Grove UMC Breakfast Club Open 2:00 – 3:30pm Live Band to the public. Performance by Matt and Jason Band 8:00 – 9am Closing Ceremony 4:00 – 5:30pm Live Band Performance by Lush Crutch Each hour, we’ll have a different activity relating to our event theme for this year - Board Games. We’ll have live bands, food, and plenty of entertainment to keep you motivated for the full 24 hours! Do you know a cancer survivor or caregiver you’d like to attend?
