June 2011 Junior High Boys And Girls Track Win LLC Conference Meet The Junior High girls track team finished the season with a perfect 9 - 0 record, won the Westview Invitational, and won the LLC conference meet by 43.5 points. One school record was set by Kristen Duff in discus with a throw of 88’ 7.5”. The boys team finished the season with a 9 - 1 record, placed third at the Westview Invitational, and won the LLC conference meet with a score of 120 points, beating the next school by 26 points. One school record was tied by Lindon McDonald in high jump with a jump of 5’ 9”. When aske d, co-coach Don Williams stated, “I am really proud of the boys and the girls teams this year. They all worked very hard to do well this season. They all worked their hardest when they knew the conference championship was on the line. [They are a] really nice group of kids who are a lot of fun to be around.
