Free GED Classes To Be Offered A major proactive grant this year from the LaGrange County Community Foundation in support of a partnership between Learning Generation Initiative and Four County Area Vocational Cooperative has resulted in the hiring of two Outreach Coordinators assigned to the task of dramatically increasing enrollments for free GED Classes within LaGrange County. Rod Knox and Jackie Christman are canvassing the county in an effort to raise the educational level of and employment options of local men and women of all ages. In the past, Four County Area Vocational has been successful in reaching out to the RV companies and its employees completing a diploma as well as CNC training, manufacturing, medical computer tech, welding, machining and more. An infor- mational meeting will be held at Meadowview Elementary School on January 21 at 6:30 pm.
