The main topic at the meeting was
regarding the thirty minute delays
every Monday. At the beginning of last
school year the change was made to
have delays every Monday instead of
having two hour delays for “teachers
in-service” every once in a while. The
question was if the half-hour delays
are actually helping the staff to better
educate the students as well as make
the school run smoother. Director of
Curriculum, Bob Evans, said that the
thirty minute delays were “benefiting
the schools.” While at the meetings,
the staff works on new state standards and the new teacher evaluation
programs.
The high school has now purchased
