Westview Sports Physicals Information
Athletic Physicals for the 2011-12 school year will be
given at Westview High School on Tuesday, May 3, 2011
for Westview High School students starting at 8:30 am.
Westview Elementary and Junior High students will
have their physicals on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 starting
at 8:30 am.
Students need to pick up forms from the athletic
office and have the parent part filled out and return
them with a check by Friday, April 29, 2011. Physicals
