“We are especially interested in
reaching absolute beginners who might
say, ‘I can’t do yoga, I’m too stiff!’
But of course, that’s exactly who can
benefit the most!” explains Katie. “The
studio offers a special beginner series
to welcome newbies to experience the
flexibility, balance and strength that
yoga is known for. We even host a
special 6-week beginners course
just for newbies to develop skills and

Yoga practitioners at any level can
take advantage of single class drop-
ins as well as discounted class packs
and monthly memberships. They
offer a New Student Special
(1 week unlimited classes for
$25) to encourage folks to come see
the space, meet our team of talented
teachers, and enjoy the benefits of

Co-Owners, Kim and Katie explain, “We love incorporating Yoga props into all of our classes because they are useful
tools for both new and experienced students. Yoga props can assist in mastering many postures and our students
are encouraged to never shy away from placing them around their mat. We remind them to listen to their body and
honor where they are because they are their best teacher. After all, it is their journey and they should enjoy it.”
“In addition to yoga classes, we plan
to offer Aerial Yoga in 2020. Aerial is a
suspended yoga practice, which
strengthens core muscles, improves
stability, increases spinal and shoulder
flexibility and is just fun,” says Katie.
Whatever class you venture into,
modifications and the use of props, are
always welcome and encouraged
when needed (to accommodate any
limitations, injuries, conditions, etc).
The safety and comfort of each student
is of the utmost importance to us!
“What I love most about Just
Breathe Yoga Center is that there will
be a class for everyone, including
Seniors, whether you are an absolute
beginner, seasoned practitioner, prefer
power yoga or gentle classes. We will

Their studio is also environmentally
friendly! They provide cloth hand towels
and the paper products that are made
from recycled materials. Their cleaning
products are eco-friendly and they only
use non-aerosol containers. The studio
floors are Green Guard Gold Certified
and are floated with a cork
underlayment, which translates to
gentle impact on the joints and spine
for yoga students.
