After all, it is their journey and they should enjoy it.” “In addition to yoga classes, we plan to offer Aerial Yoga in 2020. Aerial is a suspended yoga practice, which strengthens core muscles, improves stability, increases spinal and shoulder flexibility and is just fun,” says Katie. Whatever class you venture into, modifications and the use of props, are always welcome and encouraged when needed (to accommodate any limitations, injuries, conditions, etc).
