This event has two halls of exhibitors . The Esher Hall is on the Lower Ground and the Surrey Hall is on the Ground Floor .

Saturday 25th June 10am - 5pm Sunday 26th June 10am - 4:30pm
Assistance Dogs
Only guide , assistance and hearing dogs are admitted into the show .

If you would like more information on exhibiting at any of our forthcoming shows , please visit the Sales Office , which is located in the Organiser ’ s Office in the Surrey Hall .
Lost Property
Keep your ticket handy to save you time !
Exhibitors may ask to scan it so they can send you product information directly .
Cash Points
There are cash points at the back of the Surrey Hall , near the toilets .
Canvassing
Canvassing for orders by any unauthorised person is strictly prohibited and the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission . The distribution of printed or other placards , hand bills or other articles , except by exhibitors at their stand area , is strictly prohibited .
Catering
The main Food Court is inside the Surrey Hall , to your right as you enter the show . There is also catering downstairs in the Esher Hall as well as outside .
First Aid Centre
The venue provides first aid and has a first aid room in the Surrey Hall on the ground floor . If you require medical assistance either inform security or visit the Organisers Office who can call for the first aider .
During the show , any enquiries should be directed to the Organiser ’ s Office in the Surrey Hall . After the show , please contact the venue directly .
Organiser ’ s Office
The Organiser ’ s Office is inside the Surrey Hall on the right hand side . It can be found just ahead of the main Food Court .
Seminars & Masterclasses
All our sessions are included in your show ticket . You can find the Masterclass Theatre in the Esher Hall on the lower ground and the Seminar Theatre in the Brasserie via the Surrey Hall on the ground floor .
Toilets
Toilets can be found at the entrance and the back of the Surrey Hall .
Accessibility
Elevators can be found in the Esher Hall on the Lower Ground floor .
