Admission times
Friday 5th November and Saturday 6th November : 10.00 – 17.00 Sunday 7th November : 10.00 – 16.30 .
Assistance Dogs
Only guide , assistance and hearing dogs are admitted into the show .
Bank & Cash Points
There is a cash point located just outside the Hall M entrance on Ripon Road .
Canvassing
Canvassing for orders by any unauthorised person is strictly prohibited and the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission . The distribution of printed or other placards , handbills or other articles , except by exhibitors at their stand areas , is strictly prohibited .
Catering
There are several food outlets located throughout the show ; please refer to the show map at the back of this guide for exact locations . The Royal Hall provides catering and a seating area .
Disabled Access
The halls are wheelchair accessible and lifts are available . For assistance accessing the Royal Hall , please speak to a member of staff .
First Aid Centre
Please visit the Organiser ’ s Office in Hall A should you require First Aid assistance .

Seminars and Masterclass Tickets
Tickets are not required for the seminars and masterclasses and seating is allocated on a first come , first served basis .
Toilets
Toilets and baby changing facilities can be found in the linkways between the halls and at the entrance of the Royal Hall . Please see the show map at the back of this guide for the exact location .

However , attendance at our event is at your own risk and Future is not liable if you believe you have contracted Covid-19 at our event . The guidance and restrictions are likely to change and therefore Future reserves the right to remove or impose additional restrictions or rules to ensure the accessibility and safety of everyone at the event .
