Saturday 20th May 10am-5pm Sunday 21st May 10am-4.30pm
Assistance Dogs
Only guide , assistance and hearing dogs are admitted into the show .
Business Centre
Located on the Concourse , towards the east entrance .
Cash Points
There is a Clydesdale cash machine adjacent to the Box Office on the central SEC Concourse . Additional cash machines are available in various parts of the venue , but these levy an additional charge for withdrawals .
Canvassing
Canvassing for orders – for any purpose , by any unauthorised person – is strictly prohibited and the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission . The distribution or display of printed or other placards , hand bills , circulars or other articles , except by exhibitors at their stand areas , is strictly prohibited .
Catering
A food court area is available at the rear of Hall 3 , with additional catering points on the Concourse .
Cloakroom
Located on the Concourse and is £ 2 per item .
Disabled Toilets
Disabled toilets are located on the ground floor within the hall .
First Aid Centre
The Medical Centre is located on the Concourse , at the east entrance , where qualified medical staff are on duty .

Organisers ’ Office
The Organiser ’ s Office is located inside Hall 3 – up the stairs on the right-hand side at the back of the hall .
Seminars & Masterclass Tickets
Tickets are not required for the seminars and masterclasses and seating is allocated on a first come , first served basis .
Toilets
Facilities are available in Hall 3 as well as on the Concourse .
Keep your ticket handy to save you time !
Exhibitors may ask to scan it so they can send you product information directly .
