WHERE YOU CAN FIND THE TIP OF THE WEEK :
Starting in 2017 the IJGA & MAJGT will feature an educational tip not only on the first tee at an event , but also on the websites . By also providing videos and links on our websites , we are providing players who might not play every week the ability to review rules they might have missed .
A link to the educational tip of the week can be found on the right sidebar under the Player ’ s Club account login box .
The educational tips will range from golf etiquette , such as where you should leave your bag , to definitions according the USGA Rules of Golf , to explanations of common Rules that come up during our events .
By learning the Rules of Golf and proper etiquette our members will be able to excel not only on the course but off the course as well .
On weeks that events take place , the Rule or Etiquette Tip of the Week will be shared on the first tee prior to the start of the round .
