Along with pickleball , be sure to check out the outdoor pool for a refreshing exercise and social option for our residents . Community Management Corporation ( CMC ) provides the overall general HOA management with our partner , Up to Par , managing the Food / Beverage and Golf operations . The Food / Beverage and Golf calendar is located on the public facing website : www . colonialheritageclub . com . With lessons , golf seminars , and both the LGA ( Ladies Golf Association ) and the MGA ( Men ’ s Golf Association ) available along with ambassadors for tours , golf is an important facet to the active offerings in our community . The Golf Pro Shop is temporarily located in the lower level of the Clubhouse , be sure to stop in to check out the Colonial Heritage logo branded apparel !
Along with the summer weather and the joy of outdoors , comes hurricane season ! For our Atlantic region , hurricane season officially begins on June 1 and runs through November 30 . Take time during the dog days of summer and prepare your homes for the possibility of severe weather . Preparation includes ( but is not limited to ) maintaining a supply of non-perishable food and water to meet the needs of the household – to include pets - and ensuring that you have critical medication refilled and available .
