Strengthen our natural healing power

The spike in Covid-19 infections means we need to strengthen our immunity through exercise , proper nutrition and positive outlook in life

Hello , it ’ s good to be back after

a short break , notwithstanding the Movement Control Order ( MCO ) and so on .
Lately , we see a spike in
Covid-19 infections , and although we are all taking it in good stride , we are quite alarmed by it all .
As we begin to understand the critical issues of the causes and the preventive measures to be taken to protect ourselves , we can go about our lives a little more confident than before . And that is where we tend to lower our guard and become careless .
The fact is certain events that allow massive gatherings are being tolerated . Those shouldering the responsibility to lead and show a good example continue to flout Standard Operation Procedures ( SOPs ) which they created . It is certainly something that cannot be tolerated and needs to stop .
Time for leaders to show a good example . Enforcement has to be strict and fair — no more double standards . Meanwhile , we have to keep strengthening our natural immune system and our innate healing power . I , for one , continue to cycle in the mornings to sweat it out and if possible , end it with a good swim at the pool in my condominium .
Cycling really helps me enjoy the fresh air and the natural surroundings here in Bukit Antarabangsa and gazing at the city of Kuala Lumpur from one of the vintage points .
Covid-19 has created the so-called new normal for all of us . One thing we have to ensure is to improve our natural healing power through exercise , proper nutrition and a positive outlook towards life and its challenges .”
This has been great therapy for a few of my community friends here and me . This is one of the best-kept secrets of Bukit Antarabangsa . All this while , it has been infamously known for its “ landslides ”.
Fortunately , we have a world-renowned NGO called Slope Watch , which continually monitors the environmental situation here and has ensured its safety and sustainability . So far , there has been no significant development in this area . The population has been kept as it is for the last decade or so .
For me , it is a blessing in disguise but for how long we will enjoy this peace and quiet is something we will continue to watch and monitor . Suffice for me to say , this will change again , and the authorities will fall for the power of big developers .
Covid-19 has created the so-called new normal for all of us . One thing we have to ensure is to improve our natural healing power through exercise , proper nutrition and a positive outlook towards life and its challenges .
It ’ s the journey that many forget to recognize . For that experience , you just have to get out there and do it . It does not come from your fingertips , tapping away on your phone . That ’ s not smart at all . — The Health
