THE first Healthcare and Wellness City in Southeast Asia will be established in Kuala Lumpur and redefine how Malaysian and international patients receive healthcare treatment .

KL Wellness City Sdn Bhd recently unveiled its KL Wellness City project , a sustainable healthcare-based township located in Bukit Jalil spanning over 26.49 acres across seven plots of land .

Throughout KL Wellness City , medical care is integrated with general healthcare , preventive care , and fitness . This integration is to realise each resident and patient ’ s potential for health , wellbeing , and fitness .
“ We are pleased to introduce the first Healthcare and Wellness City in Southeast Asia , right here in Kuala Lumpur ,” said KL Wellness City Managing Director Dato ’ Dr Colin Lee .

KL Wellness City will have office towers , a retirement resort and wellness-centric serviced apartments when fully completed .
The Nobel Healthcare Park
To improve the patient journey for Malaysian and international patients and enhance how medical professionals operate and manage their practices , The Nobel Healthcare Park , will be introduced as one of KL Wellness City ’ s key elements .
It is a dedicated medical and wellness suite complex with a GDV of RM1 billion , acting as a one-stop hub from diagnosis to rehabilitation . There are four suites available at the complex : medical , wellness , business , and retail .
“ The medical suites in The Nobel Healthcare Park have been designed based on the core management team ’ s own experience in the medical field .
“ We have infused the design with elements that offer practising medical specialists the flexibility to optimise the use of space to suit their precise requirements and the freedom to make changes according to evolving needs .
“ We are confident this will enhance the specialists ’ interest in owning the suites as an investment and running a practice here . We expect a take-up rate of 80 per cent within the first three months of the first phase ’ s official launch ,” said Dr Lee .
Directly connected to the International Tertiary Hospital via a two-level link bridge , The Nobel Healthcare Park places medical suites and ancillary medical support , including diagnostic , therapeutic and custodial services , within a single interconnected complex . It will improve the efficiency and performance of the entire healthcare delivery ecosystem .
