Nothing fixed – I do various workout regime. Nothing stays the same, just like life. My trainer does a good job of mixing everything up for my next workout routine.” “I believe that you need to shock the body with different routine every now and again. Instead, to be mindful of what you would like to gain from the practice. She believes a healthy dietary habit should not cause someone to starve. “Your diet should depend on what you want. If you’re trying to lose weight, then cut down on calories. If you’re trying to improve your life, then eat healthier food – fresh foods instead of processed ones. We should care more about what we eat – not just the quantity but also the quality.” She adds that being skinny does not make one healthy. “It’s not just about how you look, it’s also about how you feel. Everything is connected. You can’t have a healthy body without a healthy mind. As humans, we need to exercise to release our happiness hormones. I’m so used to it that I would go crazy if I couldn’t find the time to exercise,” Jaclyn explains. — The Health 27
