And like many of us, the new year means new year resolutions. Whether it’d be to lose weight, travel more, less procrastinating on doing things, or to just relax bit more than usual — all of it aims to better ourselves in one way or the other. However, sticking to our resolutions is a challenge not many have overcome. There’s always things you find to be barriers, keep- ing you from fulfilling your self-developed targets. And because the time it takes for the earth to circle around the sun is in 365 days, there’s more than ample time for us to procrastinate and take time-off from achieving those new year resolutions. What does it take for us to really achieve what we set out for? What kind of motivation do we need to reach our annual goals? It’s in the name. RESOLUTION. You must have RESOLVE.
