The drive behind the New York Institute of male plastic surgery was to create a place where we develop techniques , and we teach young surgeons , and we promote and educate the public about the possibilities For a long time now men have have been left in the back of the bus and surgeons have neglected them in terms of developing centers for excellence in aesthetic procedures for men .
Since we have created the institute , we have been able to teach the residents , some of them from NYU and across the country in the world . We also have been able to go out into the world and add international and national conferences to be able to educate people and their cities around the world . f
