Strong satisfaction scores show NATDA members are all-in on the association’ s direction, and we’ re using your feedback to shape what comes next...

The response rate for this year’ s member survey was up by 170 % from 2022 and strong numbers: 87 % satisfaction, 93 % renewal intent, and 9 out of 10 members actively recommending NATDA to peers. The feedback you shared is already shaping how we show up for the trailer industry.
The Numbers Tell the Story
Out of the 236 members who took the 2026 survey, 87 % reported being satisfied or very satisfied with their NATDA membership experience. Better yet, 93 % said they’ re likely or very likely to renew when their membership comes up. Your numbers show trust in what we’ re building together.
Customer service also earned top marks, with 90 % of members rating NATDA’ s support as a 4 out of 5 or higher. When it comes to recommending NATDA to industry colleagues, you’ re giving us an average score of 9 out of 10. You’ re sticking around, and you’ re telling others to join you.
What You Value Most
Members are clear about what drives the most value: networking opportunities ranked second only to the NATDA Trailer Show itself, with 56 % calling the show a top benefit. The Haul, NATDA’ s bi-monthly publication, came in next, with nearly 77 % of dealer members finding it valuable or extremely valuable for staying connected to industry trends and dealer insights. Take note NATDA manufacturers and suppliers, print ads are still a value add to your overall marketing mix!
