Keeping the Industry Moving Forward
One of the things I love most is that the trailer industry never stays still, and neither does NATDA. From business growth to workforce development to new learning opportunities, we’ re committed to helping our members stay ahead of what’ s next.
Opening Doors for Women in the Trailer Industry
One initiative I’ m especially proud of this year is the launch of the new Women in the Industry( WITI) Scholarship for the 2026 NATDA Trailer Show. Created to support professional development and industry engagement, the scholarship provides one recipient with registration, hotel accommodations, a travel stipend, and valuable networking opportunities. It’ s one more way NATDA is helping attract, develop, and support the talent that will drive our industry forward. Apply online at natda. org before July 20th.
Service Is Taking Center Stage in 2027
As dealerships continue looking for new ways to improve profitability and strengthen customer relationships, service departments are becoming increasingly important. That’ s why NATDA is launching the new Service Hub at the 2027 NATDA Trailer Show. This dedicated destination will connect dealership teams with service-focused exhibitors, technician certification programs, technical training, and industry experts, all designed to help dealerships build stronger operations and create new revenue opportunities.
The Service Hub is one of the most significant additions we’ ve made to the Trailer Show in years, and a direct reflection of where many dealerships are investing for future growth.
And while we are already planning for 2027, our focus and commitment to technician development in 2026 is still going strong with even more opportunities for technicians to earn credit towards their NATDA Trailer Service Professional certification at this year’ s NATDA Trailer Show.
NATDA Connect- Designed for You!
One of the most underutilized benefits of membership is NATDA Connect, our free online community, and online education platform, hosted on Dealer Academy. Every day, dealers are sharing ideas, discussing challenges, exchanging best practices, and accessing training resources designed specifically for trailer professionals. All educational content from the NATDA Trailer Show may also be found here and look for more online education, including online technical training classes, to be added soon. If you haven’ t logged in lately, visit natda. org to take a look.
The Show Dealers Don’ t Skip
It’ s hard to believe the 2026 NATDA Trailer Show is only weeks away in Nashville. Dealers can explore six football fields of innovation-driven exhibitors, network with more than 4,500 trailer professionals, and take advantage of dealer-focused education, training, and service sessions designed to help your business succeed.
The industry has changed dramatically over the past few years, and the Trailer Show is the best destination to find the people, companies, and education shaping the future. The industry isn’ t standing still, and neither should you. Join me in Nashville this September and see what’ s next in trailers before everyone else does.
