Dealers have the ability to get customers pre-approved before they ever step foot on the lot. This helps take much of the work off the dealer, saving time and allowing your team to stay focused on selling trailers.
To get a customer pre-approved, simply send them the application link through the Hometowne Capital dealer portal or place the link directly on your dealership website. From there, our contracts team will handle the customer’ s needs and walk them through the process.
Once the customer is approved, they can come to your lot to select their trailer and complete the trailer portion of the contract. The dealer enters the trailer information through the dealer portal, collects the upfront payment at the point of sale, and Hometowne Capital takes care of the customer moving forward.
Everything is handled electronically, including funding. Hometowne Capital direct deposits the funded amount into your account each week.

When a repo unit is sold, the dealer is paid a percentage of the total sale, creating additional income without the upfront cost of carrying the inventory.
