Kingdom Equipment and Trailers: Built for What’ s Next

From a small-town dealership to one of northern New England’ s fastest-growing trailer businesses

When Jack Beauparlant took ownership of Kingdom Equipment and Trailers in May 2023, he wasn’ t actively searching for a dealership. At the time, he was running a landscaping company and knew the business’ s owner through mutual connections. A conversation about succession turned into an opportunity, and before long, Beauparlant found himself stepping into the trailer industry.
The dealership he acquired was a small operation selling roughly 200 units annually. One full-time office employee handled most of the day-to-day administrative work, inventory was limited and parts sales were minimal.

Rather than reinventing the dealership, he focused on strengthening the areas he felt would make the biggest difference for customers, expanding inventory, increasing the dealership’ s visibility and giving buyers access to custom ordering options that previously weren’ t available.
“ I’ ve always thought,‘ Okay, we can do this better,’” Beauparlant says.
