Gaetano A . “ Guy ” LaMazza , 56 , of Pittsgrove , N . J . and formerly of Hammonton , N . J . passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday , December 15 , 2023 at Penn Presbyterian Hospital in Phila . Pa . Guy was born in Berlin , N . J . and raised in Hammonton . He graduated from Hammonton High School in 1985 and went on to receive his Bachelor ’ s degree from Rutgers ’ s University in New Brunswick , NJ . Over the years he has worked for John ’ s Manville , Progresso Foods and most recently Curaleaf in Hammonton , N . J . He loved helping at S . A . C . C , where he was known as “ Mr . G .” He had a love for sports , especially football , and was a huge supporter of Arthur P . Schalick High School . He was an avid San Francisco 49ers Fan , and he loved almost all things Philly .
Guy is predeceased by his paternal grandparents , Gaetano and Antonietta LaMazza ; his maternal grandparents , Angelo and Giuseppa Brunelli ; his father , Giovanni LaMazza ; several aunts and uncles , his father-in-law , Robert Harrington ; his brother in laws ; Wade Harrington , Michael Harrington , and Brian Harrington ; and finally , his nephew , Keith Harrington . He is survived by his loving wife , Elizabeth ( nee Harrington ); his two sons , Brian Scott and Matthew Adam LaMazza ; his mother , Rosaria LaMazza ( nee Brunelli ); and sister , Antonella “ Toni ” LaMazza ; his mother-in-law , Marilyn Harrington ( nee Miller ); his sister-in-law , Florence “ Flo ” Harrington ; his nephews , Randy Harrington and Kris Harrington ; and his best friend , Caelum . He will be sadly missed by many aunts , uncles , cousins and friends .
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Wednesday December 20 , 2023 from 6 p . m . to 9 p . m . and Thursday from 9:30 a . m . to 10:30 a . m . all at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N . Sally V . Restuccio

Sally V . Restuccio ( nee Chalk ), 75 , of Hammonton , N . J . passed away peacefully Wednesday December 13 , 2023 at home with her loving family by her side . Sally was born in Vineland , N . J . and was a lifelong Hammonton resident . She graduated from Hammonton High School in 1966 and went on to work for Bell Telephone in Hammonton and Woodbury . She retired as a manager after 25 years . Sally also worked alongside her husband and sons at their family business , South Jersey Well Drilling Company . Sally loved her family dearly and was always there if you needed her . She was happiest with a cup of coffee , her beloved dogs by her side , and surrounded by her family and friends . She gracefully fought Alzheimer ’ s disease for seven years where she proved to everyone that no disease was going to slow her down . Her strength and determination were evident in her everyday life and her love for family never wavered . We are certain she is now in heaven with her best friend and husband of over 50 years . They are now enjoying eternal peace together .
She is predeceased by her husband , Ross S . Restuccio ; parents , Herbert A . Chalk , Sr ., Lillian M . Chalk ( nee Green ); and her brother , Herbert A . Chalk , Jr . Sally is survived by her two sons , Ross S . Restuccio Jr . ( Sharon ), Frank B . Restuccio ( Cara ); brother , Peter J . Chalk ( Susan ); sisters Patricia Zoyac ( Stephen ), Tracey Petetti ( Leo ); and her sister-in-law , Trissie Chalk . She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren , Sarah ( Michael ), Ross III , Stephen , Gracie , Frank Jr ., Rylee , Cody Restuccio ; and great grandson , Easton .
Family and friends were invited to attend her viewing Tuesday , December 19 , 2023 from 8:30 a . m . to 10:30 a . m . at the Marinella Funeral Home at 102 N Third St . Hammonton , NJ 08037 . Jean D . Bishop

Jean D . Bishop ( nee Waddell ), 64 , of Hammonton , N . J . passed away on Wednesday , December 13 , 2023 at the Acuity Specialty Hospital in Atlantic City , N . J . She was a loving and caring wife , mother and grandmother . She enjoyed sewing , knitting and anything that kept her hands busy .
She is predeceased by her parents , Rufus Waddell and Pauline ( nee Norwood ). Jean is survived by her husband , Joseph E . Bishop , Sr .; her children , Pauline Waddell and Joseph Bishop , Jr .; and her devoted grandchildren , Austin Diaz , Juan Lopez , Elijah Waddell , Ryan Bishop and Maddison Bishop . Hammonton resident arrested on Fugitive from Justice charge

The Hammonton Police Department ( HPD ) arrested a person on a Fugitive from Justice charge and reported three driving under the influence arrests , according to Hammonton Police Chief Kevin Friel .
The HPD received information that there was a subject staying in the town of Hammonton with a National Crime Information Center ( NCIC ) warrant from the York County Sherrif ’ s Office in York , Pa ., Friel said .
Corporal John Amendolia and Officer Christopher Henshaw planned to conduct a motor vehicle stop on the subject when they left a residence in the town of Hammonton . Amendolia conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Vine Street and Third Street on Dec . 14 at 8:21 p . m .
Nancy O ’ Neil , 49 , of Hammonton , was found to be the subject of the NCIC warrant . O ’ Neil was placed under arrest and after medical clearance , she was transported to the Atlantic County Justice Facility on a Fugitive from Justice charge , pending extradition from York County , Pa ., Friel said .
Amendolia was the investigating and arresting officer .
In other crime news , three DUIs were reported by HPD .
An Emergency Medical Services ( EMS ) crew reported a vehicle in front of them driving erratically , failing to maintain lane of travel and swerving into an incoming lane multiple times in the area of Route 206 and Middle Road on Dec . 15 at 12:50 a . m .
Officer Dalton Verderame observed the vehicle failing to maintain its lane of travel as they were turning onto Bellevue Avenue . Verderame stopped the vehicle operated by Ian Eddy , 31 , of Pittsgrove , N . J . Eddy was found to be operating under the influence , Friel said .
Eddy was charged with DUI , careless and reckless driving , unsafe lane changes , refusal to submit to breath testing , failing to maintain lane of travel , open container in a motor vehicle and disregard of a traffic control device .
Eddy was released , pending court appearance in Hammonton Joint Municipal Court ( HJMC ).
Sergeant David Reustle responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle . Reustle observed a vehicle parked in a driveway in the 400 block of Third Street in the area of Third Street and Maple Road on Dec . 17 at 4:08 a . m .
Alfredo Ramirez-Ramirez , 47 , of Hammonton , was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence . Ramirez-Ramirez was charged with DUI , reckless driving , unlicensed driver and open container in a motor vehicle .
Ramirez-Ramirez was released , pending court appearance in HJMC .
Officer Skye Cuello observed a subject sleeping in his vehicle in the area of Walmer Street and S . Third Street on Dec . 17 at 4:50 a . m .
The vehicle of Oscar Tomas , 29 , of Hammonton , was found to have multiple open containers inside . Tomas was arrested for operating under the influence . Tomas was charged with DUI , unlicensed driver , careless and reckless driving and open container in a motor vehicle .
Tomas was released , pending court appearance in HJMC .
This report is comprised of arrests and investigations made by the men and women of local enforcement . All suspects and arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law .
