Stop eating sugar. exercise mixed with strength training is the best form in my opinion,” D’agostino said. Dr. emanuel Sanfilippo has been practicing chiropractic health for nearly 20 years. He is very aware of what needs to be done to get in shape and stay committed to the process. “People need to drink a lot of water. Half their weight in ounces a day is the minimum. Get away from the sodas, the juices, the ice teas and the lemonades. Cleanse your system and drink a lot of water. Start some type of walking program. You have to get people healthier from the inside out. exercise their heart and cleanse their insides. Some type of 30-minutea-day physical walk. if they start those couple of processes and limit their portions, they can really get a jump start into the New Year. the gym is always a great atmosphere and a great camaraderie. it makes people feel like they belong to something. But the reality is that you can also do it on your own, the key is to be self-motivated and find motivation somewhere to kickstart yourself now. if you make things a lifestyle change, it won’t be a New Year’s resolutions that die in a month or two.
