things you must do beyond the initial decision.
there are plenty of options in
Hammonton for those looking to
improve their physique in 2016.
Joe D’agostino is a fitness
trainer at 54 fitness and offers personal training sessions to those interested in transforming their
bodies.
“Speed up your metabolism.
eating small, healthy meals every
three hours will do that. Stop eating sugar. exercise mixed with
strength training is the best form in
my opinion,” D’agostino said.
Dr. emanuel Sanfilippo has
been practicing chiropractic health
for nearly 20 years. He is very
aware of what needs to be done to
get in shape and stay committed to
the process.
“People need to drink a lot of
water. Half their weight in ounces
a day is the minimum. Get away
from the sodas, the juices, the ice
teas and the lemonades. Cleanse
your system and drink a lot of
water. Start some type of walking
program. You have to get people
healthier from the inside out. exercise their heart and cleanse their
insides. Some type of 30-minutea-day physical walk. if they start
those couple of processes and
limit their portions, they can really
get a jump start into the New Year.
the gym is always a great atmosphere and a great camaraderie. it
makes people feel like they belong
to something. But the reality is
that you can also do it on your
own, the key is to be self-motivated and find motivation somewhere to kickstart yourself now. if
you make things a lifestyle
change, it won’t be a New Year’s
resolutions that die in a month or
two. Walking and drinking water,
whatever it is, it has to be something that you’re going to enjoy
doing, that way you’ll enjoy staying with it,” Sanfilippo said.
