Edward Slimm said. • On December 4 at 2:20 p.m., Charles Restuccio, 67, of Hammonton was arrested Drug arrests, shoplifting, warrant arrests, more at his residence in the 300 block of S. Egg Harbor Road and was charged with posses- sion of controlled dangerous substance (cds) (heroin) and possession of parapher- nalia (syringe) on a summons and released pending court, Slimm said.
