Louis and Joseph Giansante, Philadelphia natives, were excited to reveal their proposal for the former Major Muffler location on egg Harbor road. their goal is to turn local grain into product. the Giansante brothers said they are going to run as an efficient facility as possible by recycling their heat. if building permits go well, they are aiming for a spring 2015 opening. “We are very happy to work with Hammonton — we have vowels at the end of our names — we used to come down to the festival — we think this is the perfect location, we admire what you have done with the downtown area. We think that is a perfect spot to create quality craft distilled products.
