Ellen Kelly Tell , 79 , born March 5 , 1943 , a long-time resident of Hammonton , N . J ., passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on October 28 , 2022 . Ellen grew up in Bordentown , New Jersey where she met the love of her life at the age of fifteen . Jerry , catching her eye while she rode by in her sister ’ s convertible , spontaneously hopped into the back and threw his arms around her . They were married in 1960 and in 1962 , they spent every penny on a humble farmhouse in Hammonton , New Jersey . From these modest beginnings , Ellen and Jerry built a storied legacy that would span 60 + years and include five devoted children ( with the later addition of eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren ), a highly successful business and countless fond memories . While supporting her husband in his business endeavors and raising their children , Ellen developed her talents as an artist and athlete , becoming an accomplished painter and tennis player . She was also an avid reader and could often be found engrossed in a favorite novel well into the small hours of the morning . She spent many Sundays at church teaching CCD and would later enjoy a fulfilling position at the Green Lea in Voorhees , New Jersey . Passionate about her heritage , Ellen traveled to Ireland three times and spent countless hours researching her family history . Ellen and Jerry enjoyed much of their retirement years hosting their children and grandchildren in West Creek , New Jersey and Vero Beach , Florida . They would later return to Hammonton to enjoy their remaining years close to their family .
Ellen was the beloved wife of the late Girard J . Tell , Sr .; loving mother of Girard J . Tell , Jr . ( Regina ), Lori Grasso ( Anthony ), Susan Henry , Patricia Olive ( Matthew ), and the late Brian T . Tell ; Proud grandmother of the late Bradley Brewer ( Erica ), Anthony Grasso ( Dana ), Girard Tell ( Amanda ), Sean Tell ( Victoria ), Olivia Olive ( Alexander Reese ), Averi Olive ( Stephen Magee ), Nicholas Grasso ( Summer ), Stephanie Henry , Daniel Pittman ( Haley ), Shannon Pittman ; and great-grandmother to eleven . She is also survived by her sister , Patricia Spundarelli ( Denny ); brother-in-law , John Avanzato ; sisters-in-law , Joan Wiesczcek and Jeanne Clark ; and many adoring nieces and nephews .
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Mary , Mother of the Church Parish , 45 Crosswicks St ., Bordentown , New Jersey on November 7 , 2022 . Services will begin at 10:30 a . m . Interment will follow at Greenmount Cemetery , Hammonton , New Jersey . OBITUARIES Anthony “ Chip ” Jiampetti
Anthony “ Chip ” Jiampetti , 86 , of Hammonton , N . J . passed away peacefully Friday October 28 , 2022 at Allegria Rehabilitation at the Fountains in Atco , N . J . Anthony was born and raised in Hammonton and was a 1955 graduate of St . Joseph High School . He served in the U . S . Navy from 1955 to 1957 stationed in Jacksonville , Fla . He worked as a Senior Inspector for several Civil Consulting Engineering firms until retirement in 2014 from T & M Associates , Moorestown , N . J .
He is predeceased by his parents , Peter and Minnie ( nee Parisi ) Jiampetti ; mother-in-law , Marie Wiedemer ; and brother-in-law , Julius “ Caesar ” Berenato . Anthony is survived by his loving wife of 60 years , Judith ( nee Wiedemer ) Jiampetti ; his children , Deborah Sindoni ( Alan ) of Sewell , N . J ., Brian Jiampetti ( Setha ) of Las Vegas , Nev ., and Kelli Jiampetti of Hammonton , N . J . He is the loving grandfather of Alanna Sindoni . Anthony is also survived by his sister-inlaw , Darlene Berenato ; nephew , Jeffrey Berenato ( Joan ); and niece , Jill Quinn ( William ).

Minerva Perna ( nee Caruso )
Minerva Perna ( nee Caruso ), 92 , a lifelong resident of Hammonton , N . J . passed peacefully on October 26 , 2022 . She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret ( Pinto ) Caruso and married to her husband Babe Perna for 59 years . Minnie worked for C & C Farms in Hammonton and for the Hammonton School System . She loved her family , decorating her home for the holidays , and cooking and baking for her family and friends .
Minerva is predeceased by her husband , Clarence “ Babe ” Perna ; her parents , Joseph and Margaret Caruso ; and her brothers , Sonny and Herbert Caruso ; She is survived by her daughter , Geraldine Pruchnicki ( Peter ) and her Son Gerard Perna . Loving Grandmother of Trisha Perna , Joseph Perna and Great-grandmother of Logan Perna . Also survived by many nieces and nephews .

Matthew R . Gazzara
Matthew R . Gazzara , 73 , of Hammonton , passed away Thursday , October 20 , 2022 . Raised in Hammonton , Matt was a lifelong resident . He was a devoted husband , father , grandfather and friend to everyone he met . One of his greatest joys was spending time with his grandchildren and watching them play sports . Matt was also an avid street rod and classic car enthusiast .
Matt is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years , Georgianna Gazzara ( nee Coia ); daughters , Nicole and Michele ; and grandchildren , Brady and Morgan . His presence will forever be missed .

Betty J . Maimone
Betty J . Maimone ( nee Grams ), 80 , of Hammonton , passed away peacefully at home on Sunday , October 23 , 2022 . Born and raised in Egg Harbor City , she was a Hammonton resident for sixty-two years . Betty enjoyed cooking , baking , making pizzelles at Christmas time , traveling , gardening , holiday dinners and family gatherings . Her greatest joy was spending time with her family especially her two grandsons . Before retiring Betty worked at Whitehall Laboratories in Hammonton .
She was predeceased by her parents , August and Reba Grams ; along with her two brothers , August Grams and Bruce Grams . She is survived by her husband of sixty-two years , Joseph F . Maimone Sr ; two sons and their wives , Joseph F . Maimone Jr . and Barbara , Michael Maimone and April ; two grandsons , Joseph F . Maimone III , and Nicholas Maimone ; brothers , Bobby Grams ( Diane ), Albert Grams ( Dorothy ), Jim Grams ( Linda ), Bill Grams and John Sullivan ; and many nieces , nephews , cousins and friends .
A viewing will be held on Thursday , October 27 , 2022 from 9:30 a . m . to 11 a . m . at Carnesale Funeral Home , 202 S . Anna DiFilippo ( nee Ingemi ), 85 , of Hammonton , N . J . passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 26 , 2022 with her loving family by her side . Anna was a lifelong Hammonton resident . She was a bus aide for 15 years with the Hammonton School System . Anna also worked for Deer Park Cookies . She was a wonderful baker , devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother . She loved to cook Sunday dinners for the family . She loved watching her grandchildren ’ s dance recitals , plays and sporting events . Anna also loved traveling to Walt Disney World .
She is predeceased by husband , Aldo P . DiFilippo ; her parents , Joseph and Anna ( nee Siligato ) Ingemi ; her brothers , Matthew , Frank , Dominic , Joe , and John Ingemi ; and sisters , Pauline Rodio , Rose Chappine and Jeanette Hughes . Anna is survived by her children , Rose Ann Arena ( Joseph ), Aldo P . DiFilippo , Jr . ( Mary ), Irene Sarnese ( Arthur ) and Peter DiFilippo ( Mary ); She is the loving grandmother of Andrew and Nicholas Arena , Arthur and Anastasia Sarnese , Catherine , Aldo , Gabrielle , and Sophia DiFilippo . Ronald R . Rehmann , 68 , of Mt . Laurel , N . J . and formerly of Hammonton , passed away Saturday , October 22 , 2022 . Ron was born in Roswell , N . M . and grew up in Philadelphia before moving to South Jersey . He was a 1972 graduate of North Catholic , retired policeman and member of the FOP Lodge F1 . Ron was also manager for Wednesday ’ s South Jersey Senior Softball League , a volunteer of Bucks Co . PA Teens Juvenile Probation , member of the National Rifle Association of America and long-time Little League coach .
He is predeceased by his father , Richard Rehmann ; brother , Terry Rehmann ; and sister , Janet Rehmann . Ron is survived by his children , Reid Mulholland ( Michele ), Jaime Haas ( David ), Carly Rehmann , Jack Rehmann ( Kearstin ), Lindsay Rehmann ( Terry ), and Jake Rehmann ; his mother , Elizabeth “ Betty ” Rehmann ; brothers , Rick Rehmann , Scott Rehmann , and Gary Rehmann ( Patricia ); and sister , Diane Rehmann .
