strong, stable and healthy families.
the center works in collaboration with
the New Jersey Department of Children
and Families, atlantic County government,
social service agencies and other partners
in the community. they help individuals,
couples and families overcome a variety of
hurdles, including employment, healthcare,
housing literacy and other basic everyday
needs.
employees of Hammonton Family Success Center do it all through their core services, including mentoring, referrals to
county and state services, parenting education, life-skills training, goal setting and
more. they aim to help individuals and
families access the resources needed to become self-sufficient and productive community members. Parents, are guided in
helping to raise happy and healthy children.
“We are family-oriented and we changed
our name about three years ago. We used to
be the Hammonton Family Community
Center, and we are now in line with the
other family success centers in the state.
