HAMMONTON — Police arrested Daniel Boruck , 30 , of Hammonton three times between September 14 and September 16 ,
Daniel Marro III
Daniel Marro III , 50 , of Hammonton , N . J . passed away September 24 , 2021 at Cooper University Hospital in Camden , N . J . with his loving wife and mother by his side .
He was born in Vineland , N . J . and graduated from Hammonton High School in 1989 . Dan was a lifelong , extremely talented , well-known local musician , podcaster and movie maker . He was extremely charitable , caring and always willing to help anyone in need . Dan is predeceased by his father , Daniel Marro Jr . Dan is survived by his wife , Karen ( nee Friel ); children , Brendan and Dalton Marro , Ashley , Francesca , and Alexis Tigro ; mother , Estelle Garrett ( Robert Smith ); sisters , Toniann Marro , Robin Rowley and Stefanie Garrett ( Damon ); brother , Russell Garrett ( Anna ); mother of his boys , Brenda Harring ; his nieces and nephews ; and his furry friend , Luna .
A Celebration of Danny ’ s life will be held on Wednesday , September 29 , 2021 from 9 a . m . to noon at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N . Third St . Hammonton , NJ 08037 .

Joseph Oly Perona
Joseph Oly Perona , 43 , passed away suddenly on September 6 , 2021 in Parkersburg , West Virginia . He was born in Hammonton , N . J . He resided most of his life in Nesco , N . J .
He is predeceased by his father Joseph Perona and mother Lola Perona of Nesco , N . J . He is survived by his sisters , Robin Ford , Anna Gulig , Vickie Casey ( Thomas Casey ) and Michelle Kirschmann . The family will have a service at a later date . Arrangements by Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home .
William C . Boyer Jr .
William C . Boyer Jr ., 76 , of Hammonton passed away peacefully on September 23 , 2021 at Samaritan Hospice in Voorhees .
William graduated from Hammonton High School in 1963 and went on to work as a floor person at Resorts Casino and Hotel in Atlantic City for 33 years . During his early years of retirement , he enjoyed riding his bicycle , putting together a family tree and going out to breakfast with his brother , Michael , his cousin , Joe Rodio , and friends .
He is predeceased by his father , William C . Boyer Sr .; his mother , Louise Boyer ( Rodio ); sister , Lillian Bronson ; and niece , Nancy DeMarco ( DelRossi ).
William is survived by his wife of 55 years , Patricia Boyer ( Costa ); daughters , April Boyer Maimone ( Michael ) and Audrey Boyer ; granddaughter , Brittany Mahon ; brother , Michael Boyer ( Diane ); sister , Lois DelRossi ( Thomas ); uncle , Gilbert Boyer ( Barbara ); sister-in-law , Laurine Costa ; and many nieces , great-nieces and greatnephews .
A private service will be held at a future date . Due to COVID-19 and other ill family members in the household , the family requests that their privacy be respected . Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one ’ s choice .

Frank Martino Jr .
Frank Martino Jr ., 76 , of Hammonton , N . J . passed away on September 20 , 2021 .
Frank was a veteran , who served in the 1st Calvary during the Vietnam War . He served in the Army National Guard for many years until retirement . He owned and operated several roofing contracting businesses , including Martino Roofing and Frank Martino and Sons Roofing . He also owned and operated Serefina ’ s Italian Restaurant . Frank was involved in many civic organizations throughout his life . He was active in the South Jersey community , as well as in his “ second home ,” Spring Hill , Fla . These groups included the VFW , Knights of Columbus , American Legion , Our Lady of Assumption Society , St . Joseph HS Booster Club , Winslow Township Republican Club , Elm Volunteer Fire Company , Sons of Italy , Italian Club of Florida , Boy Scout Troop 192 , as well as many others . He was also a strong supporter of Veterans ’ groups and an advocate for Veterans ’ rights .
Frank is predeceased by his parents , Frank Sr . and Serefina “ Sophie ” Martino ; his sister , Diana Battesti ; his nieces , Maria Montagnaro and Kristeen Battesti ; and his beloved son , Daniel Martino .
Frank is survived by his beloved wife , Kumiko and his children , Frank Martino III ( Elizabeth ), Michael Martino ( Heather ) and Margaret Martino . Frank is also survived by his grandchildren , Michael Jr ., Priscilla , Serefina and Daniela Martino ; his brothers , Anthony ( Kathleen ), Joseph and Dominick ; his Aunt Catherine Albano , as well as numerous cousins , nieces and nephews .
Relatives and friends attended his viewing Monday , September 27 , 2021 from 6 p . m . to 9 p . m . and again on Tuesday morning , September 28 , 2021 from 9 a . m . to 10 a . m . at the LeRoy P . Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory , 441 White Horse Pike , Atco , NJ 08004 . A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at St . Mary of Mount Carmel Parish / St . Joseph ’ s Church , Third St . & French St ., Hammonton on September 28 , 2021 at 11 a . m . Interment with Military Honors took place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery , Berlin , N . J .

Kathleen A . Giacobbe
Kathleen A . Giacobbe ( Cass Owens ), 81 , of Hammonton , N . J . passed away Saturday , September 25 , 2021 at Samaritan Hospice in Voorhees , N . J .
Kathleen was born in Philadelphia and lived in Hammonton most of her life . She was one of the first female officers working for the Division of Human Services at Ancora State Hospital . Kathleen loved crossword puzzles , dancing , sci-fi movies and the Philadelphia Eagles .
She is predeceased by her parents , Patrick and Kathleen McGowan ; her brother , Joseph McGowan ; and her sister , Dorothea Astl .
She is survived by her husband , Frank Giacobbe Jr .; daughter , Debbie
Owens-Spado ; sons , James Owens , Edward Owens and Frank Giacobbe III ; brothers , John P . McGowan , Raymond Hemphill and James Hemphill ; and sister-inlaw , Gloria Giacobbe . She was a loving grandmother of five and great-grandmother of three .

POLICE , from Page 1 He was placed under arrest , processed and transported to the Atlantic County Jail , Friel said .
Hoffman was the investigating and arresting officer , Friel said .
In other police news , the following arrests were also made last week , Friel said :
• On September 23 at 11:42 a . m . on the prime block of S . White Horse Pike ( Route 30 ) an arrest for shoplifting by underringing at a retail establishment was made , Friel said .
The police department was called in reference to a shoplifter , Friel said . Friel said Officer Christopher Henshaw was the responding officer and met with store personnel .
