amy Menzel represented the
Green Committee and talked
about what has been happening
lately with their group.

Drinks back up in September. We
had a movie screening and discussion on July 28, the movie was
called Call of Life and was about
biodiversity and species stations.
Our next film is tentatively scheduled for September 22 at Kramer
Hall at 6:30 p.m. We had a presence at last week’s National Night
Out. We’re discussing the possibility of doing some type of neighborhood cleanup day in October,”
Menzel said.
She continued by talking about
a reusable bag giveaway that they

reitmeyer represented the
Hammonton Lake Water Quality

lot of water circulation and [Public Works Manager/business administrator] Jerry [barberio] just
couldn’t get to. the feedback has
been positive outside of those
small pockets. We’re still looking
to get approval from mayor and
council to refresh the lake management plan ourselves, rather
than having the costs of going to
arH [town engineer adams,
rehmann and Heggan] to do it,”
reitmeyer said.
During their past few meetings,
