such as probate and estate administration, estate planning/wills and

He has been practicing law since
2000, has been working in Hammonton since 2009 and has been a
resident of the town for 13 years.
“It is all about problem solving.
So, there are usually specific
courses of action that can be taken
for any particular question that
comes in from a client, as opposed
to civil litigation or criminal litigation, which can be a little bit more
nebulous and [have] uncertain
endings. It is hard to tell clients actually where it might go in those
particular areas. When someone
comes in to see me, generally, they
can leave with understanding that
there is a particular direction that
they can certainly take with knowing the pros and cons of each, especially in the administration and
planning aspects and bankruptcies
as well. Clients can come in and
grasp what the outcomes can possibly be. People that are involved
in litigation all of it is unknown. I
can meet a client in those particular areas step-by-step and they see
exactly what is going on and the
possible end results,” Buckley
said.
In the planning aspect of law,
the challenges are less the earlier
clients come in to plan, according
to Buckley.
“Planning for seniors or those
who come in incapacitated, it is a
challenge because you are usually
up against some timeframe, some
immediacy and the plan doesn’t
lend itself well to immediate
needs. It is a plan and in essence it
is something that is assuming a
possible challenge in the future,
not essentially facing it right now.
For example, life insurance is hard
to get when you have already been
diagnosed with a terminal condition. It is a little too late for that.
Clients sometime don’t understand that the earlier they come in,
the better the planning ability can
be,” Buckley said.

There are always difficult moments and situations that arise
from practicing law. Zaorski said
the insurance companies present
challenges to him.
“Dealing with the insurance
companies who are more concerned with their profits than doing
the right thing is what I dislike
about the profession,” Zaorski
said.
