Man arrested with CDS charges , four DUIs reported

The Hammonton Police Department arrested a man in possession of controlled dangerous substances , as well as four driving under the influence incidents , according to Hammonton Police Chief Kevin Friel .
Officer Richard Carpo conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of 12th Street and Chew Road on Aug . 5 at 2:04 a . m .
Carpo observed a stopped vehicle on the roadway , with part of the vehicle obstructing the northbound lane of traffic .
The vehicle driven by Randey Lewin , 43 , of The Villas , N . J ., was found to have large amounts of blue wax folds , commonly known to contain heroin , in the cupholder area .
Ecstasy , heroin and meth were found in the vehicle after a K-9 sniff search . Lewin began fleeing on foot and was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit .
A large amount of heroin was located on Lewin , with 126 blue wax folds containing heroin , three bags of crystal meth , one bag of cocaine and one bag containing 15 ecstasy pills .
Lewin was charged with four counts of possession of CDS , four counts of intent to distribute CDS and one count of resisting arrest .
Lewin was released , pending court appearance at Atlantic County Superior Court .
Officer Travis Hoffman was dispatched to 11th Street and South Egg Harbor Road with a report of an erratic driver who failed to maintain lane of travel on July 31 at 6:08 p . m .
Joseph Bilotti , 44 , of Mullica Township , N . J ., was charged with DUI , careless and reckless driving and unregistered vehicle .
Bilotti was released , pending a court appearance at Hammonton Joint Municipal Court .
Carpo was dispatched to a vehicle that ran off the road and struck two parked cars and then fled the scene at the prime block of Broadway on July 31 at 7:48 p . m .
Manuel Recillas Castillo , 42 , of Mullica Township , N . J ., admitted to operating the vehicle and consuming alcoholic beverages , with open containers found inside the vehicle .
Recillas Castillo was charged
with DUI , careless and reckless driving , leaving scene of accident , failing to report an accident , driving without a license and failure to maintain lane of travel .
Recillas Castillo was released , pending court appearance at Hammonton Joint Municipal Court .
Hoffman was dispatched to 13th Street and Chew Road for a male sleeping behind the wheel at an intersection on Aug . 1 at 3:05 a . m .
James DiNatale , 60 , of Egg Harbor Township , N . J ., was slumped over the wheel and unconscious and was found to be under the influence .
DiNatale was charged with DUI , careless and reckless driving , refusal to submit to breath testing and failure to maintain lane of travel .
