Patricia Gail Gray , 83 , of Voorhees , N . J . passed away on Tuesday , July 25th , 2023 . Patricia deeply loved and cared for cats . Pat worked as an administrative assistant at Rutgers and served on many boards such as the Camden County Board of Agriculture , New Jersey Peach Production Council , New Jersey Peach Promotion Council and the Camden County Regional Peach Festival , her hard work with these organizations led to their success . She enjoyed shopping and was famous for the dishes she would bring to holiday events like her Spaghetti and tomato sauce or shrimp platters . She will be missed by all of her friends .

She is survived by her beloved friends and neighbors , Linda , Glenn , Donna , Marie , John , Charlie , Katie , Sam , and Nick as well as her cats , Spots and Arthur . Pat is pre-deceased by her parents , Francis and Sadie .

A visitation will be held on Thursday , August 3rd , 2023 from 10 a . m . to 12 p . m . at Leroy P . Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory , 441 White Horse Pike , Atco , NJ . A memorial service will begin at 12 p . m . In lieu of flowers , donations in Pat ’ s name can be made to any animal shelter of your choosing .

Police arrest Sewell man ; report two stolen vehicles

The Hammonton Police Department made an arrest for an active warrant and reported two stolen vehicles , according to Hammonton Police Chief Kevin Friel .

was checking on a male subject lying in the roadway behind the shopping plaza on the prime block of South White Horse Pike on July 30 at 12:50 a . m .

Robert McChesney , 44 , of Sewell , N . J . had several active warrants out of Ship Bottom , N . J ., Seaside Heights , N . J . and Atlantic County Central Municipal Court .

McChesney was taken into custody and transported to police headquarters for processing and turned in to Seaside Heights Police Department for active warrants .

Two stolen vehicles were reported .

A 2021 white Kia Sportage was reported stolen from the 600 block of Peach Street on July 27 at 10:14 a . m . The theft occurred in the early hours of July 27 .

The stolen car was located by HPD on Main Road several hours later on .

Officer David Diaz was the investigating officer .

A 2019 silver Volkswagen Tiguan was reported stolen on the prime block of Golf Drive on July 29 at 9:09 a . m .

The vehicle was taken at approximately 4:50 a . m . Officer Dalton Scola was the investigating officer .

Both stolen vehicle cases are under investigation .

This is a residential reminder to ensure that your vehicles are secure to help prevent vehicle theft and theft from vehicles , Friel said .

This report is comprised of arrests and investigations made by the men and women of local enforcement . All suspects and arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law .
