HaMMONtON—the continuing expansion of New Jersey
Manufacturers insurance (NJM)
has reached the third floor of its
147,000-square-foot building,
which opened in 2010, NJM
Spokesperson eric Stenson said.
“it will be 21,000 square feet of
area. it should be ready for occupancy in early October,” Stenson
told The Gazette in an interview
last week.
the renovated space, which had
previously been largely unoccu-
pied, will be the new home of the
Personal Lines Call Center. Previously, the call center had been
split between the first and second
floors, Stenson said. Now the call
center will be consolidated completely on the third floor.
“everyone will all be in the
same area,” Stenson said.
the second floor will be for
claims operations, and the first
floor will house the sales department, executive area, cafeteria and
conference areas, Stenson said.
With the new configuration, the
company will able to maximize
the use of the building, according
to Stenson.
“this is a repurposing of the facility. We have had some growth.
We started with 200 people when
we opened the building in 2010
and are now up to approximately
275. We are continuing to hire
people,” Stenson said.

going to the same barber to converse with them about any topic
seldom changes. in fact, the same
