HAMMONTON — The Hammonton Planning Board held their regular meeting at 7 p . m . on July 21 in town hall .
There were three planning matters before the board . Among them was Application No . 4-21PB , submitted by Ryan Niedoba , who was seeking a minor subdivision for 499 14th St ., Block 1709 / Lot 31 / Zone RR .
The applicant , who is that purchaser of Block 1709 / Lot 31 , wished to make a two-lot subdivision which includes the original lot . The location and shape of proposed new lot renders it a flag lot
