Virginia Pagano ( nee Mauro ), 80 , of Hammonton , N . J . loving Mom , Mom-Mom , sister and aunt passed away Sunday July 2 , 2023 . Virginia was born in Hammonton , N . J . and graduated from Hammonton High School in 1960 . She worked for St . Joseph Church Rectory , Deer Park Factory and DiMeglio Construction . She was a member of the Altar Rosary Society at St . Joseph Church .
She is predeceased by her parents , Frank and Sarah Mauro ; brothers , Louis and Carl Mauro ; son , Anthony F . “ Pags ” Pagano ; and grandson , Ryan R . Horton . Virginia is survived by her loving children , Frank R . Pagano and her daughter in law Steffie , daughter Lisa Horton and son in law James M Horton , III ; her sisters , Mary Benedetto and Rachel Piccari . She was Mom-Mom to Valerie Pagano and her fiancé George Benjamin Spencer IV , Frankie Pagano , Jr ., Hunter Horton , James M . Horton IV and Morgan Horton . Great grandmother to Rylie and Reagan Horton and aunt to many nieces and nephews .

Patricia A . Zucconi , ( nee McKeone ), 74 , of Hammonton passed away on Saturday , June 24 , 2023 at her home with her loving family by her side . Born in Philadelphia , Pa . she lived in this area for many years . Patricia formerly worked at Ideal Bakery in Hammonton , the Anchorage at Ancora and Wawa in Hammonton . She loved family camping trips , vacationing in Maine , and a good glass of wine . Patricia was a sweet , kind , gentle woman .
She was predeceased by her husband , John A . Zucconi . Patricia is survived by her children , Alan Zucconi ( Jaclyn Cella ), Patricia Perrone , John A . Zucconi , Jr . and Lena Hutsell ( Rick Taylor ); her sisters , Sandra Poluski and her husband James and Ginger McGlinchey and her husband Ed ; her six grandsons , Michael Cella , Justin Hutsell , II , Cullen Hutsell , Joey Zucconi , Josh Zucconi and Elvis Hutsell ; and her great granddaughter , Isabella Grace Hutsell . Pat is also survived by many nieces , nephews , cousins and friends .
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated , Thursday , June 29 , 2023 , 11 a . m . in St . Mary of Mt . Carmel Parish , Church of St . A group of kids celebrated the holiday weekend keeping cool at the Hammonton Swim Club .

Diaz immediately opened the vehicle door and shook the male subject , who woke up in a confused state . Diaz observed several empty wax folds and uncapped hypodermic needles scattered around the vehicle . Blair stated that “ he must ’ ve fell asleep at the stop sign ,” according to Friel .
Blair was placed under arrest for operating under the influence and was transported to police headquarters for processing . Blair was charged with the following motor vehicle violations : DUI , careless driving and reckless driving , according to Friel .
Blair was released , as per John ’ s Law , pending a court appearance at Hammonton Joint Municipal Court . Officer David Diaz was the investigating and arresting officer .
Police responded to a call of an erratic driver in the area of Weymouth Road and South Egg Harbor Road on July 1 at 8:56 p . m . Police was dispatched to the area of Weymouth Road and Reading Avenue and the accused vehicle is a black Honda with a South Carolina license registration driving into oncoming traffic .
The driver , Carlos Ortiz , 43 , of Mays Landing , N . J ., stopped his vehicle in a parking lot in the prime block of South White Horse Pike . Officer Matthew Heiser detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from Ortiz ’ s breath and person and observed multiple open containers of alcoholic beverage in Ortiz ’ s vehicle , according to Friel .
Ortiz was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters for processing and was charged with the following motor vehicle violations : DUI , refusal to submit to breath testing , open container of alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle , driving without a license , failure to maintain lane of travel , failing to stop or yield for emergency vehicle , reckless driving , careless driving , delaying traffic , failure to possess driver ’ s license and vehicle registration , failure to wear a seatbelt and failure to have mirrors on motor vehicle , according to Friel .
Ortiz was released , as per John ’ s Law , pending a court appearance on the motor vehicle summonses and on the charge of attempting to elude police . Officer Matthew Heiser was the investigating and arresting officer .
Police responded to a call of a suspicious person reported as a male subject with a green hoodie swinging a wooden board with nails at traffic on Route 206 on June 29 at 3:36 p . m .
Officer Christopher Henshaw responded and observed a subject matching the description , David Tedrick , 26 , of Northfield , N . J ., hidden in the trees adjacent to a parking lot on the prime block of North White Horse Pike . Upon making contact , Henshaw observed a piece of wood with nails in the immediate area of the accused , according to Friel .
Tedrick was sweating profusely and appeared agitated and was instructed to come out of the trees and keep his hands out of his pocket . Tedrick reached into his pockets and was placed under arrest , at which Tedrick began to fight with police by attempting to pull away and kicking officers several times before being placed in the rear of the

Tedrick was charged with the following charges : charged with assault on police , criminal mischief with damage , possession of weapon with unlawful purpose , possession of a weapon , resisting arrest , terroristic threat and obstructing the administration of law and justice , according to Friel .
Tedrick was transported to a medical facility pending clearance to the incarcerated in the Atlantic County Justice Facility . Officer Christopher Henshaw was the investigating and arresting officer .
A fight occurred in the prime block of Railroad Avenue . Police were called to find several individuals involved in an altercation on [ date and time ].
One of the individuals stated that he was “ walking to an establishment in the area when a van attempted to hit him , according to Friel .
One of the individuals , Sergio Ramon-Galeno , 26 , of Lumberton , N . J ., was placed under arrest for the altercation . Ramon-Galeno was charged with the following charges : aggravated assault with a weapon and simple assault .
Ramon-Galeno was processed and released pending a court appearance in Atlantic County Superior Court , according to Friel .
Officer Richard Carpo was the investigating and arresting officer .
This report is comprised of arrests and investigations made by the men and women of local enforcement . All suspects and arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law .
