Joseph Ordille
Joseph Ordille “ KO ”, 70 , of Hammonton , N . J . passed away Tuesday April 25 , 2023 . He was born and raised in Hammonton and graduated from Hammonton High School in 1971 . He worked as a slot mechanic for A & G Gaming for many years and later was a truck driver for Barrett Asphalt for 8 years .
He is predeceased by his parents , Charles and Marie Ordille ; and his brother , Charles Ordille . Joseph is survived by his children , Jessica Ordille and her husband Joshua Young and his son Justin Ordille and siblings , George Ordille and his wife Sandy , Anthony Ordille , Sisters Kathleen Goldberg , Georgene Newman and her husband Ray and his sister-in-law Emma Ordille . He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren , Chayce Ordille , Karlee and Casey Young as well as many nieces and nephews . Joseph was loved by many .

Grace “ Tootsie ” Berger
Grace “ Tootsie ” Berger ( nee Errera ), 92 , of Hammonton , N . J . passed away Saturday April 29 , 2023 . Grace was born and raised in Hammonton and graduated from Hammonton High in 1949 where she played Varsity Basketball , served in student council and was part of the Yearbook Staff . After graduation she worked for the Suburban Gas Company , Sears Appliance Store and Forest Cleaners .
She is predeceased by her husband , David J . Berger , Sr .; daughter , Barbara Ann Berger ; parents , Peter and Alice Errera ; and sister , Gerry Ricci . Tootsie is survived by her children , Georgann McKenna and her husband Francis of Ambler , P . A . and David J . Berger , Jr . and his wife Cindy of Hammonton , N . J . Loving grandmother of Stephanie Berger , Katie Donio ( Denny ), David Berger III , Lauren Berger ( Mark ), Robert McKenna ( Brooke ) and Elizabeth McKenna . Great Grandmother of Denny and Dylan Donio and Nora Monroe McKenna . She will be sadly missed by her niece , Denise Mariotti ; and nephew , Henry Michael Ricci .

Pasquale H . Onofrio
Pasquale H . Onofrio , 84 , of Hammonton , N . J . passed away on Sunday , April 30 , 2023 at his residence . Born in Philadelphia , Pa ., he was a lifelong resident of Hammonton . Mr . Onofrio was the building and grounds supervisor for the Hammonton School System for 35 years . He also worked as a carpenter . Pat and his late wife were antique dealers and owned several shops throughout South Jersey . He was a former member of the Hammonton Rotary Club . Mr . Onofrio served in the United States Navy Seabees .
He was predeceased by his wife of 61 years , Sandra L . Onofrio . Mr . Onofrio is survived by his children , Sandy Illiano and her husband , Pasquale ; Patti Melora and her husband , Anthony all of Hammonton , his son , Pasquale Onofrio of Yardley , Pa ; seven grandchildren , Tony , Maria and Michael Illiano , Anthony and Aaron Melora , Christina Scott , Pasquale Nicholas Onofrio ; and three great-grandchildren , Olivia and Nathan Illiano , and Gemma Melora .
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated , Wednesday , May 3 , 2023 , 11:30 a . m . in St . Mary of Mt . Carmel Parish , Church of St . Anthony ' s 285 Route 206 , Hammonton , N . J . Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery , Hammonton . A viewing will be held Wednesday , from 9:30 a . m . – 11 a . m . at the Carnesale Funeral Home , 202 S . Third St ., Hammonton , N . J . Broken glass led to Apr . 29 arrest
POLICE , from Page 1 the house ,” Friel said .
Through a translator it was determined that the accused , Emerson Garcia , 24 , of Hammonton , was locked out of the house because he had been causing an issue , Friel said . He body-checked the front window , causing the glass to shatter , Friel said .
Garcia was located in the basement , passed out , and treated by EMS for lacerations to his shoulder and elbow , Friel said .
He was placed under arrest , transported to police headquarters
Christina DelGuercio
Christina DelGuercio ( nee Montcrief ), 74 , passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on April 24 , 2023 . Born in Perthamboy , N . J . to the late Regina Giannattasio , Tina lived in South Jersey all of her life . She loved to travel and spend time riding motorcycles with friends . Anyone who knew Tina would agree she sure could dance . Sitting at her window bird watching , taking in a sunset , or outside gardening , Tina enjoyed nature .
She is survived by her loving partner of 29 years , Lenny Shub ; three daughters , Grace ( Scott ) DelGuercio , Bridget ( Frank ) DelGuercio , and Michelle ( Lou ) Tavarez ; her step daughter , Elaine ( Mike ) Campana ; and four grandchildren , Cheyenne , Lillian , Violet , and the late Salvatore .

and charged with criminal mischief and it was discovered that he had an NCIC warrant from the Atlantic County Sheriff ’ s Department and a $ 2,500 warrant from Southampton Twp . Court .
Garcia was transported to the Atlantic County Jail pending a court appearance at Hammonton Joint Municipal Court and a separate court appearance at Atlantic County Superior Court .
Friel said Carpo was the investigating and arresting officer .
