The application is for funds that the pedestrian are both unknown at this time. The pedestrian is a Latino man who told authorities his first name is Manuel, Salvatore said. Police released an image of Manuel and of the actual vehicle that struck him, traveling east- bound on the White Horse Pike on the evening of the accident. According to a release issued by the Hammonton Police Department (HPD), the vehicle continued east on the White Horse Pike with suspected side front, hood and roof damage.
