HAMMONTON — Just weeks after being struck by a vehicle , 16- year-old Meah Zolezzi is on the path to recovery .
As previously reported in The Gazette , Zolezzi was hit by a motorist while crossing the intersection of 12th and Grand Streets on foot on the afternoon of April 6 . Zolezzi had been airlifted to Cooper Trauma Center after initially being transported to Atlanti- Care Satellite emergency Department for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident .
